This opening presentation introduces the work completed by
the PTC Best Practice Committee over the past year. It reviews the stakeholder
ecosystem framework, the Gold Standards developed for each stakeholder group,
and demonstrates how those principles work in practice through the
Paddle4Tomorrow case study. The objective is to establish a common
understanding of the ecosystem before attendees participate in the more
interactive sessions that follow.
