CA Level 1/Level 2 Multi-disciplinary Instructor Update for Canoe/Kayak/SUP

- LOCATION: Montgomery Whitewater, Montgomery, AL
Held in conjunction with Paddlesports Trade Coalition Colab 2026.
Register separately to attend the Colab for FREE. - WHEN: October 14, from 8 am to 2 pm local time.
- WHO: Already certified ACA instructors who currently hold a Level 1 or Level 2 certification in Canoe, SUP or Kayak and need an Instructor Update. This is a hard to find, one day, multi-disciplinary course format.
- EQUIPMENT AND GEAR: It is recommended for Instructors to bring their own paddlecraft, PFD and paddle but we know some of you are flying in to attend the PTC Colab. Montgomery Whitewater will make paddlecraft, PFDs and paddles available for this class at no extra charge, if needed. Please note these needs during your registration.
- ROOM AND BOARD: Candidates are responsible for their own meals and housing.
- CLASS MINIMUM: Class requires minimum enrollment of 5 people. If minimum enrollment is not achieved by September 20, CCL will cancel and send refund.
- COST: $250
- REFUND POLICY: No refunds after September 20
- REGISTRATION CLOSES: October 5, 2026…but if we do not make the class minimum by September 20 we will close registration then.
- Paying the fee and attending the class does not guarantee your certification. You must demonstrate the skill necessary in order to receive the ACA Instructor update for your craft at either Level 1 or Level 2.
